Job Description:/h3:
Schreiner Group LP has an opening for a full time Executive Administrative Assistant reporting to the President.
The main tasks of the Executive Administrative Assistant include:
:Maintain and coordinate the calendar for the President and other personnel as assigned. Create itineraries and agendas.
:Answers, screens, prioritize, and direct incoming phone calls for the President. As appropriate, responds to inquiries and resolves any issues.
:Receive, open, distribute, and file email correspondence.
:Coordinate all travel arrangements for the company including the purchase of airfare, hotel reservations, rental cars, and other accommodations after approval.
:Manage projects as directed by the President.
:Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, and conventions.
:Record and distribute minutes for all meetings.
:Handles the photocopying, faxing, and deliveries for the President.
:Prepare and distribute sales reports.
:Assists in the preparation of presentations in PowerPoint for company meetings, customer and vendor meetings.
:Partner with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate trade shows and other sales activities and events.
:Prepare expense reports for cash and credit card purchases for the President and others as assigned.
:Aid the Receptionist in the preparation of customer and guest visits to our facility and arrange for refreshments or meals and other accommodations as needed.
:Complete weekly sale visit reports.
Qualifications include:
:Bachelors degree or higher educational degree in Business, Management, or related field.
:3+ years experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
:Ability to maintain confidential information.
:Strong project management skills.
:Solid problem:solving and business acumen skills.
:Intermediate to advanced level of computer knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suites : including PowerPoint.
:Strong organization skills.
:Detail oriented.
:Strong communication skills.
The successful candidate must demonstrate competency of technical knowledge, communication and working in a diverse and often fast:paced work environment.
