We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting various business activities.
An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with demonstrable communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out tasks with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
● Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
● Managing outgoing mail
● Familiarity with social media (particularly LinkedIn)
● Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
● Support with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
● Assist in other tasks as assigned
● Tech savvy and quick learner
● Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
● 3+ years proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
● Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
● Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
● Detail-oriented, reliable, professional demeanor
● College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field
● Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus
● Familiarity with WordPress a plus
