Job Description:/h3:
Marketing Data Analyst

What youll do:
As Retail Data Analyst, you join our data team in supporting the day:to:day execution and analytics of direct marketing campaigns and metrics. Working with executive leadership, you will develop market forecasting, analysis, and campaign reporting. The scope of work includes working on processes that gather and scrub data to improve the accuracy of key reports and perform a more refined analysis. You will ensure timely and accurate data analysis in support of our companys strategic goals while supporting our external customer base.

Some key facets of this job:
Knowledge of Alteryx or other data analytics tools
Design ETL modules to
:Integrate incoming data from a large number of sources.
:Execute proper business logic that drives continuous direct mail campaigns based on daily transactional data.
:Report on these campaigns dynamically.
Data Visualization
Tableau proficiency, or other data visualization software
Advanced Excel skills are a must
PowerPoint skills are a must
Programming Proficiency
R and Python preferably, VBA a plus
Build predictive models
:Customer Retention
:Using transactional, national consumer, and census data.

You Will Be Reporting To: Senior Data Analyst, CEO, VP

Hours: Mon:Friday, full time from 9:00 to 5:00. Some additional hours may be required

Unconditional Job Requirements:
:4:year college degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related areas of study.
:A great attitude and hunger for learning
:Solid understanding of coding and logical thinking with regard to relational databases.
:Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
:Must be able to deal with ambiguity and flexible enough to handle ad:hoc requests from any department and comprehension level
:Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
:Ability to work within a team environment
Would be nice:
:3+years hands:on experience, using MySQL, Excel, and/or Access.
