COMMUNITY MANAGER Bluestone Commons, a brand new Active Adult Rental Community in Maybrook, NY is seeking a Community Manager / Assistant Leasing Agent to assist the onsite Leasing Agent.

Do you want to work at an exciting property? Our ideal candidate will be personable, professional and upbeat and will thrive in a fast-paced, environment.

This person will bring his/her extroverted personality to the table and enjoy multitasking and enjoys interacting with the residents.

On a daily basis you will:

* Be the first point of contact for anyone interested in learning more about our community -in-person, via email and through telephone inquiries

* Provide prospective residents with one-of-a-kind, highly detailed and customized touring experiences

*"Close the deal" and complete all necessary tasks, paperwork and administrative duties * Create and implement new and innovative activities for our residents

* Offer top-notch hospitality and customer service for both current and prospective residents.

* Maintain knowledge of each community's documents, policies and procedures

* Build strong positive working relationships with residents and vendors with focus on customer satisfaction and client retention.

* Oversee vendor maintenance, repairs and onsite capital improvements

* Implement new and uphold current preventive maintenance programs

* Ensure timely resolution of resident concerns

Requirements include:

Experience in rental, marketing, hospitality and property management Strong rental ability and drive to close the deal Excellent written and verbal skills Flexible, outgoing, authentic personality Be able to plan and implement activities for residents Computer experience (PC and Microsoft Office preferred) Ability to work weekdays and some Saturdays.
