Who you are:
You are a Sales and Business Development whizz whose charisma and charm makes selling any product a breeze. Your recent experience has seen you working at a PBM or within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry which has allowed you to develop strong business relationships with brokers, 3rd party administrators and other purchasers of pharmacy benefits. Your drive to succeed is fueled by your positively competitive nature and your uncanny ability to juggle multiple tasks. Sales is not just what you do, it is who you are.
What you will be doing:
:Develop a pipeline of targeted client prospects through calling, marketing campaigns, direct outreach, face to face meetings, and events
:Deliver superior client and customer service at all levels while cultivating deep relationships with these individuals
:Organize and conduct sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations to prospective advisors and clients; Demonstrate the value of our product
:Represent Empirx Health in a consistent, effective, and professional manner to best acquire new clients
:Foster ongoing mutually beneficial relationships with national and regional consultants within the healthcare industry
:Maintain an in:depth knowledge of all EmpiRx Healths offerings, products, and benefit design alternatives
:Strengthen the teams performance by sharing information and supporting sales and marketing activities; effective transition of new business to account executive
:Monitor industry conditions, customer developments and competitive activities to help develop and implement sales strategies
What you need:
:Minimum of 1:3 years in sales, sales support, marketing, or customer service
:Assertive with positive attitude; Continuous learner
:Proven customer service and relationship building skills
:Superior ability to persuade and negotiate with a positive attitude
:Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
:Capacity to reach and exceed sales goals and quotas
:Superior organizational, communication and time:management skills
:Strong work ethic, ability to work as a team player as well as independently
:Some knowledge of the Healthcare, Benefits, and Pharmaceutical industries
:Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM tool
:Bachelors Degree and documented record of success in sales, customer support and leadership
:Ability to travel
