What you should know about the position: Under the direction of the Director, National Talent Acquisition, in conjunction with operations leadership at RestorixHealth (RXH) and our hospital partners, the Physician Liaison is responsible for engaging physicians to join physician panels on a contracted basis in the locations where RXH operates and manages wound care centers. In executing this function, the Physician Liaison will apply recruiting strategies and guidelines, utilize available resources (including but not limited to: social medial, physician job boards, attendance at various medical association meetings) and recommend physician candidates for consideration to be contracted by RXH.
Primary Responsibilities:
:Participate in the development and execution of RXH recruitment strategies and work plan to achieve the desired outcome of fulfilling physician panels within the wound care centers nationwide to sustain future company growth.
:Work with the Director, National Talent Acquisition, operations and our hospital clients regarding overall recruitment needs, determining timelines and any unique recruitment strategies for a particular center, group of centers or for the company overall.
:Source, engage, interview and educate candidates about opportunities.
:Ensure all physician candidates are thoroughly screened according to RXH guidelines, confirm licensure, education and training.
:Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre:employment screening and offer development.
:Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit.
:Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.
:Partner with the business leaders and hospital clients to implement effective recruitment strategies as well as participate in the selection process including assessing candidates, screening, and interviewing.
:Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements along with company policies.
:Maintain an active physician talent pipeline.
:Build and maintain a competitive intelligence database qualifying and extracting information from multiple sources to create a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
:Maintain thorough and accurate records for each physician for inclusion in the applicant tracking system.
:Participate in the design and enhancement of provider recruitment and on:boarding processes.
:Serve as a liaison with RXH field leadership in the credentialing, onboarding, and integration of providers into the RXH network.
:Create and maintain recruitment related metrics and reports.
:Interface with the Marketing Department on physician marketing to promote physician recruitment.
:Conducts market studies concerning physician practice patterns and utilization
The Person:
:3+ years of successful medical services sales or related sales experience, physician recruiting experience
:Demonstrated business acumen.
:Ability to travel extensively and frequently
:Bachelors Degree
:Experience with a variety of data processing software and relational database systems for data retrieval and reporting.
