Description

Full Time (4-5 nights per week)
Previous fine dining experience preferred. Strong sanitation knowledge and practice. Position involves preparation of sauces in the classic French discipline, fabrication of meats and seafood, and skills to handle volume dining.

Farm to table (sustainable) practices with an appreciation for locally crafted ingredients.
